AI Outbound Sales Agent for SAP Business One Companies

Builds the list, researches each account, runs the sequence, and hands live replies to a person.

The agent builds outbound pipeline the way a good salesperson would: it finds the companies worth talking to, reads up on each one, and writes about something true of their business. The moment somebody answers, your team takes over.

The problem

Cold outreach is either ignored, or expensive.

The cheap version is a bought list and one template sent to everybody. It reads like spam because it is spam, and the damage is not just the silence: send enough of it and your company stops landing in inboxes altogether, including the quotes and invoices your business actually runs on. The good version, where somebody researches each company and writes properly, works. It also costs you your best people’s mornings, so it stops the week anything else gets busy.

The difference

Two emails. The same company.

This is the whole argument. One of these is deleted in a second and quietly costs the sender their reputation. The other starts a conversation, because it could only have been written to this one business.

The example below follows one company: a flexible packaging manufacturer reaching a food exporter.

A question about your Gulf shipments
Hello Daniel,

I saw that your Valencia line started shipping to the Gulf this year and that you are now listed with three retail chains in the UAE. On that route the summer humidity is usually where shelf life gets lost, long before the product reaches the shelf.

That is the problem our barrier film was built for. Worth a short conversation before your next season?
“Yes. We have had two complaints about seal integrity on summer shipments. Can you send samples?”

Why it matters

The pipeline you would build, if there were time.

Every business knows which companies it should be talking to. What it does not have is somebody researching and writing to them, every single day, whatever else is going on that week.

The whole argument
One email they recognise>five hundred they don’t
the only outreach worth sending is the kind that could not have been sent to anyone else
A generic email is not a cheaper version of a good one. It is a different thing entirely: it gets deleted, it teaches your market to ignore your name, and it slowly costs you the ability to reach anyone at all. The 20-minute review shows you exactly what would go out in your name, to your market, before you decide anything.

It does the job everyone postpones

Prospecting is the first thing dropped when a quarter gets busy, and the reason the pipeline is empty two quarters later. This does it on the days nobody feels like it.

Test a market before you hire for it

Wondering whether there is demand in a new segment, city or export market? Point it there for a month and read the replies. That answer normally costs a salary and six months.

Your closers stop building lists

The people who are best in a room are usually worst at research, and they know it. Give them a calendar of people who already raised a hand.

How the agent works

Outbound sales, from list to live reply.

Not one big send. A steady, considered stream of conversations started with companies worth talking to.

FINDS

The right companies

Builds the list against your market and keeps it clear of accounts your team already owns, so nobody gets two approaches from one company.

CHECKS

They are reachable

Confirms a real person at a real address before spending any effort on them, which is what keeps your company landing in inboxes.

LEARNS

What they actually do

Reads the business first: what they make, where they ship, how they are growing. No facts found means no email sent.

WRITES

To that one business

An opening the reader recognises as their own, on email and LinkedIn, sent from your mailboxes in your name.

HANDS OVER

Every reply, to a person

An answer stops every follow-up and lands in your CRM as an opportunity, assigned to the right person on your team.

Best of both worlds

Product speed. Custom fit.

You shouldn’t have to choose between a rigid SaaS box and years of custom build. The agent is both.

Switch it on

A working agent, ready to run

The finding, the checking, the research step, the writing and the reply routing come ready. You are live in under a week, sending from your own mailboxes and profiles, with the first conversations starting that week.

Shape it to you

Configured around your market

Your market, your offer, who signs the messages and how far the agent may go are configuration, not code. Need it writing into your CRM, or a different mix of channels? We build it around you, at product speed.

Governance, not vibes

Your name is on every email.

Outbound is the one place where software speaks as your company. What it refuses to do matters more than what it can.

Nothing untrue goes out in your name

Every message is built from facts about that company that a reader could check. If there is nothing real to say, it sends nothing at all.

It never promises a result

No percentages, no savings, no case studies you have not earned. We hold ourselves to the same rule: we will not quote you a multiple we have not produced for you, and neither will anything sent in your name.

It drafts, it does not converse

The moment somebody replies, every sequence stops and a person on your team answers. It writes the opening, never the relationship.

Why teams keep it

Built for how you run

  • Sends from your own mailboxes and LinkedIn profiles, in your name
  • Email and LinkedIn together, so you reach people where they answer
  • Kept clear of the accounts your sales team already owns
  • Replies land in your CRM as opportunities, assigned to a person
  • You choose the market, the offer and who signs the message

What changes in weeks

  • A steady flow of first conversations, without adding headcount
  • Your people spend their mornings on replies, not research
  • Prospects hear something specific about their business, so more of them answer
  • Nobody is chased after they have already responded
  • Outbound that is still running in three months, because it stays deliverable

FAQ

AI outbound, answered

What is an AI outbound agent?

Software that runs the work behind consistent outreach: choosing which companies to approach, researching each one, writing to the right person on email and LinkedIn, and routing anyone who answers to your team. It runs every weekday on its own, and your people only step in when there is a reply.

How is this different from the outreach tools we already have?

Most tools send the message you wrote to the list you uploaded. The agent decides who is worth writing to, reads up on each company first, and writes each message from what it found. If it cannot find anything real to say about a business, it writes nothing rather than falling back on a template.

Will it damage our email reputation?

Protecting it is the main design constraint. Volume is kept deliberately low and steady rather than sent in bursts, every address is confirmed as real before anyone is contacted, and sending is spread rather than concentrated. This matters beyond outbound: a domain that gets flagged takes your quotes, invoices and customer replies down with it.

Does it sound like a robot wrote it?

The test we hold it to is whether the opening line could have been written to any other company. If it could, it does not go. Messages reference specifics: a new plant, an export market, a product line. It also never rounds a number up, because a fact a reader can check is a fact that can be wrong.

What happens when somebody replies?

Every follow-up for that person stops immediately, on both channels. The reply is sorted into interested, not interested, or unclear. Interested becomes an opportunity in your CRM assigned to a person; unclear goes to your sender to read personally. The agent does not hold conversations.

Who does it write as, and who signs it?

Your people. Messages go from your own mailboxes and LinkedIn profiles, and the signature comes from the mailbox rather than the copy. To the person receiving it, this is your colleague reaching out, because it is.

Will two of our people end up contacting the same company?

No. Companies are held to one approach at a time, and accounts your sales team already owns are kept out entirely. Nothing is more damaging to a prospect’s impression of you than two people from the same firm arriving in the same week.

Can it promise results in the copy?

It is not allowed to. No percentages, no savings, no case studies, unless you have measured them and choose to include them. On a first email to a stranger, an unbacked claim costs more credibility than it buys attention.

What does our team still do?

You decide the market, the offer and who the messages come from. You answer the people who reply. Everything between those two points, the finding, the checking, the reading, the writing and the following up, is the part that runs by itself.

How long does it take to get going?

Live in under a week. Setup is your market, your offer, your senders and your CRM connection, which is configuration rather than code. It runs on the mailboxes and profiles you already have.
