AI Account Growth & Predictive Reorder Software for SAP Business One
Learns the buying cycle, predicts the next reorder, and drafts the prompt for your rep.
Learns each account’s rhythm from your own order history: cycle length, typical basket, seasonality. When an account slips its expected reorder, or quietly buys less, your rep gets a prompt with the evidence attached. The agent never contacts a customer.
The problem
Nobody cancels. They just order less.
The difference
The same broken rhythm. Two endings.
Every account buys to a beat: a cycle length, a typical basket, a season. Below, three accounts run their rhythm across four months of order history, and account B misses its beat in both panels. On the left, nothing in the system notices an order that never arrived. On the right, the agent projected that order forward, saw the date pass, and put a drafted nudge in front of a rep while the account was still buying.
Why it matters
The cheapest revenue is the order you already earned.
A reorder you were always going to get costs no marketing, no pitch and no new lead. It costs a phone call at the right moment. Miss the moment often enough and an account’s annual value slides without a single cancellation to explain it – which is exactly why it never shows up in a pipeline review.
Retained revenue costs the least to win
No campaign, no discovery call, no new lead cost. The account already buys, already knows your terms and already has an account manager. The only missing ingredient is a well-timed reason to talk.
Share of wallet slips before it shows
An account that used to repeat eight SKUs and now repeats six is losing you money at full volume on paper. Comparing today’s basket to the rhythm you learned makes the slip visible while it is still small.
Your reps get their day back for selling
Working out which accounts are overdue is spreadsheet archaeology, and it is the first thing that gets dropped on a busy week. The worklist arrives written, so the hour goes into the conversation instead.
How the agent works
Reorder prediction, account by account.
The agent reads, learns, flags, drafts and sharpens – and every prediction it makes arrives with the rhythm it learned attached, so a rep can judge it in seconds.
Your order history
Every order line your business has already booked, account by account. Nothing new to capture, no form for the customer, no data your team has to go and create.
The buying rhythm
Cycle length and its normal variance, the typical basket, the SKUs that repeat, and the seasonality underneath it all. One rhythm per account, not one rule for the book.
The broken beat
Accounts past their next expected order, and accounts still ordering but ordering less of what they used to repeat. Both are share of wallet leaving quietly.
The nudge
A contextual message written around what the account actually buys, placed on the rep’s worklist with the evidence beside it. The rep edits and sends; the agent never does.
On the outcome
What the rep sent, what came back and whether the order landed feeds into the next prediction. The response loop is what turns a forecast into something you can prove.
Best of both worlds
Product speed. Custom fit.
You shouldn’t have to choose between a rigid SaaS box and years of custom build. The agent is both.
A proven agent, ready to run
The rhythm learning, the overdue detection and the drafted nudges come from a live crew of business process automation agents already running on real order books. You are live in under a week – and your reps open a written worklist on the first Monday.
Configured around your book
How far past the cycle counts as overdue, which accounts a rep owns, how the nudge reads in your house voice: all configuration, not code. Need project-based buyers scored differently from stock-and-flow customers, or the worklist pushed into your own tooling? We build it around you, at product speed.
Governance, not vibes
Agentic where it earns trust. Governed where it counts.
The agent predicts and drafts. A person sends every message. And every prediction carries the evidence it was built on, so nobody has to take a number on faith.
A rep sends every message
Nothing reaches a customer from the agent. Nothing is ordered, promised or committed on a customer’s behalf. The agent writes a draft; a named rep reads it, changes it and decides whether it goes at all.
Every prediction shows its work
Each flag arrives with the rhythm behind it: the orders it learned from, the cycle length, the variance and the days overdue. A prediction you cannot inspect is a guess, and your team can inspect all of them.
Everything on the record
Config changes land in the change log; flags, drafts, edits and what the rep finally sent land in the action audit – who, what, when, every time.
Why teams keep it
Built for how you run
- Reads the order history you already have – customers install nothing and fill in nothing
- One rhythm learned per account, so a 12-day buyer and a 90-day buyer are judged on their own beat
- Seasonality and known quiet months are part of the rhythm, not a false alarm every July
- The worklist is prioritised, so the biggest slip is the first call of the day
- Part of the Growgents crew that runs on your SAP ERP; the agent itself reads your order history rather than sitting inside it
What changes in weeks
- Overdue accounts surface within days of the missed cycle, not at the quarterly review
- A quiet drop in share of wallet becomes a flag instead of a hunch
- Reps start the morning with a written worklist and a drafted opener on every line
- The hour that went into spreadsheet archaeology goes into selling
- Every outcome feeds back, so next month’s predictions are sharper than this month’s
FAQ
Account growth, answered
What is predictive reorder software?
Predictive reorder software looks at what a customer has already bought and works out when they are likely to buy again. Instead of waiting for an order to arrive, it projects the next one forward from the pattern in the history. The agent does this per account and turns the projection into something a rep can act on: an overdue flag with a drafted message beside it.
How does the agent learn a customer’s buying rhythm?
From the orders that account has already placed. It measures the gap between orders and how much that gap normally varies, the basket that typically comes with each order, which SKUs repeat, and the seasonal shape underneath. That becomes one rhythm for that one account, so a customer who orders every 12 days and a customer who orders every 90 days are each judged against their own beat rather than a single company-wide rule.
Where does the data come from?
Your own order history – the orders your business has already booked and invoiced. There is nothing for your customers to fill in, no survey and no portal. The agent reads the order data rather than running inside the system that holds it, so getting started is a read of history you already own.
Does the agent contact our customers automatically?
No. The agent predicts and drafts; a rep sends. The drafted nudge lands on your rep’s worklist, and the rep reads it, edits it, or decides not to send it at all. Nothing is ordered, promised or committed on a customer’s behalf, and no message leaves your business without a person putting their name on it.
How accurate is a prediction, and what evidence does it show?
Accuracy depends on how regularly an account buys, and the agent is explicit about it: a steady account gets a tight window, an erratic one gets a wide one. Every flag shows its work – the orders it learned from, the cycle length, the normal variance, the days overdue and which repeat SKUs have gone missing. Your rep judges the prediction on the evidence rather than trusting a score, and what happens after each nudge feeds back to sharpen the next one.
What about seasonal or project-based buyers?
Seasonality is part of the rhythm, so a customer who always goes quiet in a particular month is not flagged for going quiet in that month. Project-based buyers are a genuinely different shape: they order in bursts around a job rather than to a steady cycle, and they can be configured to be scored on basket and share of wallet instead of cycle length. Which of your accounts belongs in which group is one of the things the review works out.
Does it work with our CRM and ERP?
Yes. The agent reads order history out of the systems you already run and puts the worklist where your reps work, whether that is your CRM or a panel of their own. It is part of the Growgents crew, so it sits alongside the other agents rather than replacing anything you have – you can see how the crew fits together on the Growgents solutions page.
How long does it take to implement?
You are live in under a week. The rhythm learning, the overdue detection and the draft writing already exist – setup is configuration: your order history, your account owners, your overdue thresholds and the house voice the nudges are written in.
