Terms of Service
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Growgents website and any services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Growgents (operated by GrowExx) provides AI agents and a managed service for back-office operations. Specific scope, fees and deliverables are set out in an Order Form and/or Statement of Work. Agents operate read-only by default; money-moving actions require human approval.
2. Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information and keep any credentials secure.
- Do not misuse the site, attempt to breach security, reverse engineer, or use the services unlawfully.
3. Fees & payment
Fees, currency and payment terms are stated in the applicable Order Form/SOW; taxes are additional.
4. Intellectual property
We retain all rights in the platform, agents, models, methods and materials. You retain rights in your data and receive a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services during the term.
5. Confidentiality
Each party protects the other’s confidential information and uses it only to perform under these Terms, consistent with any executed NDA.
6. Warranties & disclaimers
We provide the services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the site and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss; each party’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Term & termination
Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days of notice. On termination, we return or delete your data per the Data Processing Agreement.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without prejudice to interim relief.
